1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of emporiovogue.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Lupine Rage LLC, a California limited liability company trading as Emporio Vogue (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy.
2. Orders and billing
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- Charges for purchases on this Site appear on your bank or card statement as “LUPINE RAGE LLC”.
- You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.
3. Products and pricing
- All prices are shown in US dollars unless you choose another currency at checkout.
- Our jackets are made in our partner workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan. Ready-made jackets ship from US stock; custom and group orders ship directly from Pakistan, as described in our Shipping Policy.
- Product photos are representative; the colours and personalisation of custom jackets follow the design proof you approve.
- We may limit quantities or decline orders, and we may change product descriptions and prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Shipping and returns
Your purchase is subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including designs, text and logos, belongs to Lupine Rage LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Emporio Vogue is not affiliated with Emporio Armani or Vogue magazine.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lupine Rage LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or products bought through it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
