1. Order Processing & Cutoff Time

All orders are subject to an order cutoff time of 2:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

• Standard Orders: Processed within 2–4 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Custom/Personalized Orders: Processed within 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Once your order has been processed, the transit time is as follows:

• Domestic (USA): 3–5 business days.

• International: 7–14 business days (may vary by location and customs).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic: Free Shipping

• International: Calculated based on weight and destination.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Emporio Vogue is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Tracking & Missing Packages

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.
