Returns and Refunds Policy

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at contact@emporiovogue.com.
Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to customer remorse (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Custom Products: Personalized items or "Design Your Own" orders cannot be returned for change of mind. However, we will fully refund or replace any custom item that arrives damaged or defective.
Sale Items & Gift Cards: Cannot be returned.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to the conditions in Section 1.
6. Refunds and Fees
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
Restocking Fees: Emporio Vogue does not charge any restocking fees.
Timeframe: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank to post the refund.
