Return & Refund

At Emporio Vogue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your jacket, we offer an easy return and refund process.

1. Returns

• Return Window: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Exclusions: Customized items, gift cards, and final sale products cannot be returned.

2. How to Return

• Pack Your Item: Return the item in its original packaging (if available) and include proof of purchase.
• Ship It Back: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds: Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Exchanges: If you’d prefer an exchange, we’ll send the new item as soon as we receive the returned jacket.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
